Are We Allowed to Bring Chairs?

For everyone’s safety and convenience Personal Chairs are not allowed inside the gate. However, we’ve partnered with conCHAIRto as a hassle-free option to reserve chairs prior to the event.

I’m with the media—how do I apply for credentials?

We’d be tickled to have you cover the festival! If you're a journalist, photographer, or content creator lookin’ to capture the sights, sounds, and saucy goodness of Tanglefoot, you’ll need to fill out our Media Credential Application . Each team member needs to submit their own application—no group sign-ups, y’all! Just be sure to get it in by August 15, 2025. If you are looking for our press releases, you can find them here .

Do you offer ADA accessibility?

Yes — we provide ADA parking and accessible restrooms. We got you covered.

When do I get my wristband?

Once you check in at Will Call and scan your ticket, you’ll get your wristband right then and there.

Yes — but it's limited: - Founders Club Lounge has comfy seating & A/C - VIP has shaded seating - Lawn chair rentals available during ticket purchase and onsite! You can rent a comfy seat ahead of time right here .

Will there be free water?

Yes! Hydration Stations will be scattered throughout the venue — stay cool, friends.

What about safety and security?

We enforce a clear bag policy All bags subject to search Security teams onsite to keep it all safe and sound

What items are NOT allowed inside?

Leave these at home: - Weapons of any kind - Outside food or drinks - Coolers - Pets (service animals allowed) - Motorized scooters, skateboards, e-bikes - Drugs or illegal substances - Fireworks, flammables, or aerosols - Drones, balloons, balls, or flying objects - Laser pointers, water guns, or air horns - Confetti, glitter, or streamers - Musical instruments or noisemakers - Chairs of any kind. Please note that chairs are available for rent in advance through our partner conCHAIRto or at a kiosk on the grounds during the event. Security and law enforcement may prohibit additional items at their discretion.
