Can I bring strollers, wagons, or baby formula?

Yep, strollers are welcome—go ahead and roll the little ones (babies and toddlers) on in. Wagons, though, aren’t allowed inside the festival grounds. If you need to bring baby formula, that’s fine too, just remember it’s gotta follow our clear bag policy so security can see what you’re carrying.

What Kinda Bags Can I Bring?

Every single bag’s gotta be clear, y’all—no exceptions. Backpacks, purses, totes… if it ain’t see-through, it ain’t comin’ in. It’s all about keepin’ things safe and movin’ quick at the gates, so pack smart and leave the mystery bags at home!

Are We Allowed to Bring Chairs?

For everyone’s safety and convenience Personal Chairs are not allowed inside the gate. However, we’ve partnered with conCHAIRto as a hassle-free option to reserve chairs prior to the event.

I’m with the media—how do I apply for credentials?

We’d be tickled to have you cover the festival! If you're a journalist, photographer, or content creator lookin’ to capture the sights, sounds, and saucy goodness of Tanglefoot, you’ll need to fill out our Media Credential Application . Each team member needs to submit their own application—no group sign-ups, y’all! Just be sure to get it in by August 15, 2025. If you are looking for our press releases, you can find them here .

Do you offer ADA accessibility?

Yes — we provide ADA parking and accessible restrooms. We got you covered.

When do I get my wristband?

Once you check in at Will Call and scan your ticket, you’ll get your wristband right then and there.

Yes — but it's limited: - Founders Club Lounge has comfy seating & A/C - VIP has shaded seating - Lawn chair rentals available during ticket purchase and onsite! You can rent a comfy seat ahead of time right here .

Will there be free water?

Yes! Free hydration stations, where you can refill your bottle, will be located in the northeast quad of the festival — stay cool, friends.
